Client Deliverables
Upon complete payment of all project milestones, full intellectual property rights, code repositories, and production assets transfer completely to the client.
05Project Contracts & Payment Terms
Project Scope: Every engagement is governed by an explicit proposal specifying deliverables, architectural roadmap, delivery timelines, and budget.
Payment Milestones: Standard contracts require a 50% initiation deposit to begin engineering, with milestone distributions and final balance settled upon project launch verification.
06Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
Our website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we adhere to elite engineering standards, we do not warrant that external third-party network APIs or hosting services will remain entirely uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noori Digital's total aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall be limited strictly to the fees paid for that specific service.
